Q: How do I Register to stay in a Hospitality Home?

A: We are now asking all new guests to register with our sister ministry at ServantCARE.com. We are in the process of joining together on one website at  ServantCARE.com.


Q: If I already have a Guest ID# with Hospitality Homes, do I need to register with ServantCARE?

A: Yes, you will need to register at ServantCARE.com/register.  They don't assign Guest ID #s, but instead, you will need to create a login account.  To expedite your application, be sure to enter your Hospitality Homes Guest ID # in the application field marked, “Your current role/position in ministry."


Q: If I already have a Guest ID#, can I still make a reservation on Hospitality Homes?

A:  Yes, If you already have a Guest ID# with us, you may request a reservation on our website until June 2026. 

 Starting in July 2026, all new reservation requests will be made at ServantCARE.com. 


Q:  Will the host homes on Hospitality Homes be available with ServantCARE?

A:  Yes, many of our homes are already available on ServantCARE.  Many more are in the process of joining, so you will still be able to request your favorite home.   Starting in July 2026, all new reservation requests will be made at ServantCARE.com. 


Q: How long does it take to confirm a Reservation?

A: After you have submitted a Reservation Request by going to "Reservations" and then "Reservation Request Form," we send your request to your destination host. It may take several days to several weeks to hear back from them, depending on the host.  We will contact you once we hear from them.


Q: What if I have forgotten my Guest ID?

A: No worries! Just drop us a line at rest@hospitalityhomes.org and say "Need my Guest ID" and we will email it to you. 


Q: How long can I stay at a Hospitality Home? 

A: Most hospitality stays are short-term and range anywhere between 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on the need of the guests. Some homes offer longer stays.


Q: How much does it cost to stay in a hospitality home?

A: Please see the "Fees" tab. The page breaks down the reservation and processing fees. These fees keep HospitalityHomes.org going. The Fee structure for ServantCARE is also very affordable. Some host families offer their airbnb homes for specific days and may require a cleaning fee. in that case, the cleaning fee is to be arranged directly with the host family.
