This home sits on a 7 acre lake where guests can enjoy the beach area, beautiful views from the patio, as well as swimming, fishing, and kayaking. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom available to guests in the lower level of the home. First bedroom has Queen bed. Second bedroom has bunk beds, a full bed and a crib. There is also a large living area and kitchenette down there. WiFi is available and a washer and dryer are available on the main floor of the home. This home is 5 minutes away from Sioux Falls which offers, biking and hiking trails, theater, many wonderful restaurants, a zoo, and lots of other entertainment.

This home is available for up to 6 weeks for guests that are relocating and up to 7 days for guests looking for rest and relaxation. 

Can sleep 6 comfortably, with a maximum of 9 with sofa sleeper and blow up mattress.

Children of all ages are welcome.
