Anchorage	Guest room with private bath. Couch and floor mats for older children. Host has two cats and collie dog so probably not suitable for toddlers. Must have vehicle. Share kitchen with family. Guests are free to buy food and prepare their own meals. 15 minutes from downtown Anchorage where there is a zoo, hiking and biking trails. Easy access to Seward Highway.
Juneau	Two Guest rooms with shared bath. Home is located 3 miles no. from airport; 5 miles from ferry terminal; 9 miles from downtown. Four miles south of Mendenhall Glacier . During May - Sept. home is operated as a B&B so Makahiki stays are very limited.

Washer & dryer in enclosed garage. Access to main house; share kitchen w/host. Additional bedroom has twin beds and hide-a-bed sofa. Can accommodate 1 or 2 children. Hilo airport 22 miles. Beaches & warm ponds. Host has 1 very gentle dog. Host is looking for house sitters for last 2 weeks in May and the first part of June. Guests will not be charged a service fee.

Kailua	B & B Offered To Makahiki Guests-Accommodations Range From A Guest Room With Queen Bed Or One Bedroom Apartment With Queen-Sized Waterbed. Each Is Equipped With A Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster Oven & Coffeemaker. Each Has A Private Entrance And Private . Hosts are looking for House Sitters for their home June 8 - 17 Several weeks in April & May have been donated to Makahiki.
